I am a qualified guidance professional, recruiter, CV writer, experienced career coach and lecturer with over 25 years’ career planning and recruitment experience in supporting clients to achieve their career goals.

I began my career in recruitment in London recruiting senior finance and tax professionals before moving to a role in career guidance in Dublin 20 years ago. Over the last two decades I have worked with thousands of job seekers and career transitioners to help them realise their strengths and develop a personal brand, working with them at different stages of the recruitment process to clearly demonstrate their unique skills and value proposition to prospective employers.

I have an expert understanding of the Irish job market and, having worked closely with recruiters over the last 25 years, I understand what is needed to be successful at every stage of the hiring process
