If you would benefit from an expert interviewer to chair interviews or act as an independent interviewer please do contact me. I have significant recruitment experience and have extensive experience in chairing, leading and facilitating interviews.

I have interviewed thousands of candidates and am involved in both shortlisting and have been involved in interviewing on behalf of both public sector and private organisations.

– Preparing job and person specifications.
– Writing appealing job adverts and advising on recruitment methods.
– Shortlisting candidates for interview.
– Preparing interview questions and the appropriate interview assessment forms.
